Sir,
With due respect and humble submission, we beg to state that we are the students of your school/college. Our school/college is one of the most notable schools/colleges in our locality. In this school/college, there should be a standard library. But it is a matter of great sorrow that the facilities in our school/college library are very limited. Our library is not spacious. There are a few benches in our library. Besides, the number of necessary books in our library is very few. But the number of students in our school/college is innumerable. They face great problems for want of library facilities. They can’t borrow the necessary books due to the limited books. However, we need to broaden our school/college library and increase the number of books required in the library. So, we draw your kind attention to increasing library facilities.
We, therefore, pray and
hope that you would be kind enough to grant our application and oblige thereby.

আমরা অত্যন্ত শ্রদ্ধার সাথে জানাচ্ছি যে আমরা আপনার স্কুল/কলেজের ছাত্রছাত্রী বৃন্দ। আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজটি আমাদের এলাকার সবচেয়ে উল্লেখযোগ্য স্কুল/কলেজগুলির মধ্যে একটি। এই স্কুল/কলেজে মানসম্মত লাইব্রেরি থাকা উচিত। কিন্তু অত্যন্ত দুঃখের বিষয় যে আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজ লাইব্রেরিতে সুযোগ সুবিধা খুবই সীমিত। আমাদের লাইব্রেরি প্রশস্ত নয়। আমাদের লাইব্রেরিতে কয়েকটি বেঞ্চ আছে। এছাড়া আমাদের লাইব্রেরিতে প্রয়োজনীয় বইয়ের সংখ্যা খুবই কম। কিন্তু আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজে শিক্ষার্থীর সংখ্যা অনেক। তারা লাইব্রেরি সুযোগ সুবিধার অভাবে একটি বড় সমস্যা সম্মুখীন। সীমত বইয়ের কারণে তারা প্রয়োজনীয় বই ধার করতে পারে না। যাহোক, আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজ লাইব্রেরি বড় করতে হবে এবং লাইব্রেরিতে প্রয়োজনীয় বইয়ের সংখ্যা বাড়াতে হবে। তাই লাইব্রেরি সুযোগ সুবিধা বৃদ্ধির জন্য আমরা আপনার সদয় দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করছি।
অতএব, আমরা প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি যে আপনি আমার আবেদন মঞ্জুর করার জন্য যথেষ্ট সদয় হয়ে আমাদের বাধিত করবেন।
