Sir,
With due respect and humble submission, we beg to state that we are the students of your school/college. Our school/college is a renowned one in our district. But it is a matter of great sorrow that there is no canteen in our school/college campus. As a result, students face a great problem due to the lack of a canteen. Our classes start at 9.00 a.m. and break up at 4 p.m. Every day, most of the students come to school/college from a long distance. They cannot go home for lunch because of a short break. However, being very hungry, they take their lunch from roadside hotels and suffer from stomach diseases, eating unhealthy food. So, to remove the sufferings of the students, it is a must to set up a canteen in our school/college urgently.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant our application and oblige thereby.

আমরা অত্যন্ত শ্রদ্ধার সাথে আপনাকে জানাচ্ছি যে আমরা আপনার স্কুল/কলেজের ছাত্রছাত্রীবৃন্দ। আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজ আমাদের জেলার একটি নামকরা স্কুল/কলেজ। কিন্তু অত্যন্ত দুঃখের বিষয় যে আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজ ক্যাম্পাসে কোন ক্যান্টিন নেই। ফলে ক্যান্টিনের অভাবে শিক্ষার্থীরা চরম সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হচ্ছে। আমাদের ক্লাস ৯:০০ এ শুরু হয় এবং ৪:০০ টায় ছুটি হয়। প্রতিদিন বেশিরভাগ শিক্ষার্থীই দূর দূরান্ত থেকে স্কুল/কলেজে আসে। স্বল্প সময় বিরতির কারণে তারা দুপুরের খাবারের জন্য বাড়ি যেতে পারে না। যাইহোক, খুব ক্ষুধার্ত হয়ে তারা রাস্তার পাশের হোটেল থেকে তাদের দুপুরের খাবার গ্রহণ করে এবং অস্বাস্থ্যকর খাবার খেয়ে পেটের রোগে আক্রান্ত হয়। তাই শিক্ষার্থীদের দুর্ভোগ দূর করার জন্য আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজে জরুরীভাবে একটি ক্যান্টিন স্থাপন করা আবশ্যক।
অতএব, আমরা প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি যে আপনি আমাদের আবেদন মঞ্জুর করার জন্য যথেষ্ট সদয় হয়ে আমাদের বাধিত করবেন।
