With due respect and humble submission, we beg to state that we are the students of your school/college. Our school/college is the best school/college in Khulna district. But it is a matter of sorrow that there is no computer club in our school/college. The present age is the age of computers. At present, nothing can be thought of without computers. However, every student should learn computers. But in our school/college, students have no scope to learn computers. So, it is urgently needed to set up a computer club in our school/college for students to acquire computer knowledge. In this respect, we all draw your kind attention.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant our application for setting up a computer club in our school/college and oblige thereby.

যথাযথ সম্মান এবং বিনীত নিবেদনের সাথে আমরা জানাচ্ছি যে আমরা আপনার স্কুল/কলেজের ছাত্রছাত্রীবৃন্দ। আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজ খুলনা জেলার সেরা স্কুল/কলেজ। কিন্তু দুঃখের বিষয় আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজে কোন কম্পিউটার ক্লাব নেই। বর্তমান যুগ কম্পিউটারের যুগ। এখন কম্পিউটার ছাড়া কিছুই চিন্তা করা যায় না। তাই প্রত্যেক ছাত্রছাত্রীর কম্পিউটার শেখা উচিত। কিন্তু আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজে ছাত্রছাত্রীদের কম্পিউটার শেখার কোন সুযোগ নেই। তাই ছাত্রছাত্রীদের কম্পিউটার জ্ঞান অর্জনের জন্য আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজে একটি কম্পিউটার ক্লাব স্থাপন করা জরুরি। আমরা সকলেই এই বিষয়ে আপনার সদয় দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করছি।
অতএব, আমরা প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি যে আপনি আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজে একটি কম্পিউটার ক্লাব স্থাপনের জন্য আমাদের আবেদন মঞ্জুর করতে যথেষ্ট সদয় হবেন ও বাধিত হবেন।
