With due respect and humble submission, I beg to state that I am a regular student of class IX/XII of your school/college. My father is a day labourer. He maintains our family with great difficulty. We four brothers and sisters are continuing our education in this poor family. My father saves money after maintaining our family and bearing our educational expenses. Last month, he fell ill suddenly. As a result, he could not work for 15 days last month for which he could not manage my tuition fees. So, I could not submit my tuition fees to the school/college timely. Now, I want to submit my tuition fees without the delay fine.
I, therefore, pray and
hope that you would be kind enough to remit my delay fine and oblige thereby.

যথাযথ সম্মান এবং বিনয়ের সাথে আমি অনুরোধ করছি যে আমি আপনার স্কুল/কলেজের নবম/দ্বাদশ শ্রেণির একজন নিয়মিত ছাত্র/ছাত্রী। আমার বাবা একজন দিনমজুর। তিনি অনেক কষ্টে আমাদের সংসার চালান। আমরা চার ভাই বোন এই দরিদ্র পরিবারে আমাদের লেখাপড়া চালিয়ে যাচ্ছি। আমার বাবা আমাদের সংসার চালানোর পর অর্থ সঞ্চয় করেন এবং আমাদের লেখাপড়ার খরচ বহন করেন। গত মাসে হঠাৎ তিনি অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়েন। ফলস্বরূপ, তিনি গত মাসে ১৫ দিন কাজ করতে পারেননি যার কারণে তিনি আমার টিউশন ফি জোগাড় করতে পারেননি। তাই আমি স্কুল/কলেজে সময়মতো আমার টিউশন ফি জমা দিতে পারিনি। এখন আমি বিলম্ব জরিমানা ছাড়া আমার টিউশন ফি জমা দিতে চাই।
অতএব, আমি প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি যে আপনি আমার বিলম্ব জরিমানা মওকুফের জন্য যথেষ্ট সদয় হয়ে আমাকে বাধিত করবেন।
