Dear Sir,

With due respect and humble submission, I beg to state that I am a student of class XI of your college. My village is 5 kilometers away from the college. It takes about an hour for me to reach the college from my village. On the other hand, our college starts at 9 am. I have to prepare to go to college before 7:30 am every morning. Most of the time, buses are not available on the road. I miss the classes on days when buses are not available on the road. However, my studies are being greatly hampered by the shortage of seats in the college hostel. If you allot me a seat in your college hostel, I will be happy and able to continue my studies well. So. I urgently need a seat in the college hostel.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me a seat in the college hostel and oblige thereby.

যথাযথ সম্মান এবং বিনীত নিবেদন এই যে আমি আপনার কলেজের একাদশ শ্রেণির একজন ছাত্র। কলেজ থেকে আমার গ্রাম ৫ কিলোমিটার দূরে। আমার গ্রাম থেকে কলেজে পৌঁছাতে প্রায় এক ঘণ্টা সময় লাগে। অন্যদিকে, আমাদের কলেজ সকাল ৯টায় শুরু হয় । আমাকে প্রতিদিন সকালে সাড়ে ৭টার আগে কলেজে যাওয়ার জন্য প্রস্তুতি নিতে হয়। অধিকাংশ সময় রাস্তায় বাস চলাচল করে না। আমি সেই দিনগুলোতে ক্লাস মিস করি যখন রাস্তায় বাস পাওয়া যায় না। যাইহোক, কলেজ হোস্টেলে সিট স্বল্পতার কারণে আমার পড়ালেখা ব্যাপকভাবে ব্যাহত হচ্ছে। আপনি যদি আমার জন্য আপনার কলেজ হোস্টেলে একটি আসন বরাদ্দ করেন, আমি খুশি হব এবং ভালোভাবে আমি পড়াশোনা চালিয়ে যেতে পারব। তাই কলেজ হোস্টেলে আমার একটা সিট জরুরিভাবে প্রয়োজন।

অতএব, আমি প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি যে আপনি আমাকে কলেজ হোস্টেলে একটি আসন দেওয়ার জন্য যথেষ্ট সদয় হয়ে আমাকে বাধিত করবেন।
