With due respect and humble submission, we beg to state that we are the students of all classes of your college/school. Our college/school is one of the renowned educational institutions in Bangladesh. But there is no multimedia classroom in our college/school in the age of information technology. Most of the students in colleges/schools in Bangladesh are enjoying multimedia facilities in the classroom. But we are deprived of the modern multimedia systems facilitated by computers, internet connections, sound systems, and projectors in the age of the internet. Undoubtedly, it is a matter of great sorrow. So, we draw your kind attention to providing us with multimedia facilities in the classroom soon.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant our application, providing us with multimedia facilities in the classroom immediately and oblige us thereby.

যথা বিহিত সম্মানপূর্ব বিনীত নিবেদন এই যে আমরা আপনার কলেজ/স্কুলের সকল শ্রেণীর ছাত্রছাত্রীবৃন্দ। আমাদের কলেজ/স্কুল বাংলাদেশের একটি বিখ্যাত শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান। কিন্তু তথ্য প্রযুক্তির যুগে আমাদের কলেজ/স্কুলে মাল্টিমিডিয়া ক্লাসরুম নেই। বাংলাদেশের কলেজ/স্কুলের অধিকাংশ ছাত্রছাত্রীরা ক্লাসরুমে মাল্টিমিডিয়া সুবিধা উপভোগ করছে। কিন্তু ইন্টারনেটের যুগে কম্পিউটার, ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ, সাউন্ড সিস্টেম ও প্রজেক্টরসহ আধুনিক মাল্টিমিডিয়া সিস্টেম থেকে আমরা বঞ্চিত। নিঃসন্দেহে এটা খুবই পরিতাপের বিষয়। তাই আমরা অবিলম্বে ক্লাসরুমে আমাদের মাল্টিমিডিয়া সুবিধা প্রদানের জন্য আপনার সদয় দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করছি।
অতএব, আমরা প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি যে শ্রেণীকক্ষে মাল্টিমিডিয়া সুবিধা প্রদানের জন্য আপনি আমাদের আবেদনটি মঞ্জুর করার জন্য যথেষ্ট সদয় এবং বাধিত হবেন।
