Sir,
With due respect and humble submission, we beg to state that we are the residents of Paikgacha Upazila of Khulna District. We draw your kind attention to the problem of frequent power failures in our locality. Due to frequent power failures, the people of our locality, especially students and patients, are suffering a lot. Besides, all types of mills and factories and trade, and commerce are dependent on a proper power supply. Due to frequent power failures, the production of mills and factories is largely being disrupted. During night hours, the whole area is plunged into darkness. It may create law and disorder problems. So, we request you to look into the matter and take the necessary steps to stop unwanted power failures.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you
would be kind enough to take the necessary steps to solve the frequent power
failures and oblige thereby.

বিহিত সম্মানপূর্বক বিনীত নিবেদন এই যে আমরা খুলনা জেলার পাইকগাছা উপজেলার বাসিন্দা। আমাদের এলাকায় ঘন ঘন বিদ্যুৎ বিভ্রাটের সমস্যার প্রতি আপনার সদয় দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করছি। ঘন ঘন বিদ্যুৎ বিভ্রাটের কারণে আমাদের এলাকার মানুষ বিশেষ করে শিক্ষার্থী ও রোগীদের চরম দুর্ভোগ পোহাতে হচ্ছে। এছাড়া সব ধরনের কল-কারখানা এবং ব্যবসা-বাণিজ্য সঠিক বিদ্যুৎ সরবরাহের উপর নির্ভরশীল। ঘন ঘন বিদ্যুৎ বিভ্রাটের কারণে কল-কারখানার উৎপাদন অনেকাংশে ব্যাহত হচ্ছে। রাতের বেলায় পুরো এলাকা অন্ধকারে নিমজ্জিত হয়। এতে আইন-শৃঙ্খলাজনিত সমস্যা সৃষ্টি হতে পারে। সুতরাং আমরা আপনাকে বিষয়টি দেখার জন্য এবং অবাঞ্ছিত বিদ্যুৎ বিভ্রাট বন্ধে প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করছি।
অতএব, আমরা প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি যে আপনি ঘন ঘন বিদ্যুৎ বিভ্রাট সমাধানে প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণের জন্য যথেষ্ট সদয় হয়ে আমাদের বাধিত করবেন।
