Dear Sir,
With due respect and
humble submission, we beg to state that we are the students of your
school/college. We have decided that we will stage a drama to celebrate Independence Day in our school/college. The name of the drama is Hamlet. And, the writer of this drama is William Shakespeare. The students of class 10/12 of
our school/college will act in the drama. We have already rehearsed the drama
well and reached a presentable stage. Our English teacher has given us
the necessary guidance and advice to stage the drama. He is the director
of the drama. All of the students of our school/college will help us to
stage the drama beautifully. Now, we need only your permission to stage the
drama.
We, therefore, pray and
hope that you would be kind enough to give permission to stage a drama and
oblige thereby.

যথাযথ সম্মান এবং বিনীত নিবেদনের সাথে আমরা জানাচ্ছি যে আমরা আপনার স্কুল/কলেজের ছাত্রছাত্রীবৃন্দ। আমরা সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছি যে আমরা আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজে স্বাধীনতা দিবস উদযাপন উপলক্ষে একটি নাটক মঞ্চস্থ করব। নাটকটির নাম হ্যামলেট। আর এই নাটকের লেখক উইলিয়াম শেক্সপিয়ার। আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজের দশম/দ্বাদশ শ্রেনীর ছাত্রছাত্রীরা নাটকে অভিনয় করবে। আমরা ইতিমধ্যে নাটকটি ভালভাবে রিহার্সাল করেছি এবং একটি উপস্থাপনযোগ্য পর্যায়ে পৌঁছেছি। আমাদের ইংরেজি শিক্ষক নাটকটি মঞ্চস্থ করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় নির্দেশনা ও পরামর্শ দিয়েছেন। তিনি নাটকটির পরিচালক। আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজের সকল ছাত্রছাত্রীরা নাটকটি সুন্দরভাবে মঞ্চস্থ করতে সাহায্য করবে। এখন নাটক মঞ্চায়নের জন্য আমাদের শুধু আপনার অনুমতি প্রয়োজন।
অতএব, আমরা প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি যে আপনি একটি
নাটক মঞ্চস্থ করার অনুমতি দেওয়ার জন্য যথেষ্ট সদয় হয়ে আমাদের বাধিত করবেন।
