Right Form of Verb এর সহজ নিয়ম | SSC, HSC ও চাকরির প্রস্তুতি | Part-4

ইংরেজি ব্যাকরণের সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এবং পরীক্ষায় বারবার আসা টপিকগুলোর একটি হলো Right Form of Verb Part-4 SSC, HSC এবং BCS সহ বিভিন্ন সরকারি ও বেসরকারি চাকরির পরীক্ষায় প্রতিবছর এই অংশ থেকে প্রশ্ন আসে।

শুধুমাত্র নিয়ম মুখস্থ করলে হবে না।  Right Form of Verb এ ভাল করতে হলে নিয়মগুলো বুঝে বুঝে পড়তে হবে এবং নিয়মিত অনুশীলন করতে হবে। Right Form of Verb Part-4 এ আমি Rule 15–20 পর্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নিয়মগুলো শিখেছি যা পরীক্ষার জন্য অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। এখন চল, 15–20 পর্যন্ত নিয়মগুলো শিখি। 

Rules 15-20

16. Have, has, had, get, got ও  want + object এর পরে ( ) verb থাকলে উক্ত ( ) verb টি v3 হয়।

যেমন:

1. Karim had his car ______ (wash).

Ans: washed

2. She got her assignment ______ (complete).

Ans: completed

3. I want the letter ______ (send) today.

Ans:  sent

17. While এর পরে subject না থেকে () verb থাকলে উক্ত ( ) verb এর সাথে ing যোগ করতে হয়। আর While এর পরে subject থেকে ( ) Verb থাকলে উক্ত ( ) Verb টি was/were + verb + ing হয়।

যেমন:

1. While ______ (cross) the bridge, he fell down.

Ans:  crossing

2. While she ______ (study), her mother called her.

Ans:  was studying

18. With a view to, due to, owing to, look forward to, be used to, prefer to, devoted to, addicted to, accustomed to, contribute to, worth, mind, past, would you mind ও prepositions এর পরে ( ) Verb থাকলে উক্ত ( ) Verb টির সাথে ing যোগ করতে হয়।

যেমন:

1. He is addicted to ______ (play) games.

Ans: playing

2. They went there with a view to ______ (discuss) the matter.

Ans: discussing

3. This movie is worth ______ (watch).

Ans: watching

19. Cannot help/could not help এর পরে ( ) Verb থাকলে উক্ত ( ) Verb এর সাথে ingযোগ করতে হয়। আর Cannot but/could not but এর পরে ( ) Verb থাকলে উক্ত ( ) verb টি V1 হয়।

যেমন:

1. She could not help ______ (cry).

Ans: crying

2. He cannot but ______ (accept) the truth.

Ans: accept

20. To, in order to ও used to এর পরে ( ) Verb থাকলে উক্ত ( ) Verb টি V1 হয়।

যেমন:

1. He went to the market to ______ (buy) vegetables.

Ans: buy

2. She used to ______ (live) here.

Ans: live

Most of the students of our country (a) ------ (be) expert in memorizing their answers. They (b) ------ (prepare) notes themselves. They get them (c) ------ (prepare) by their tutors. FAQ

FAQ 1: To দেখলেই কি সবসময় V1 হবে?

Answer: না। যদি To infinitive হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয় তাহলে  V1 হয়। কিন্তু To যদি preposition হয় তাহলে Verb + ing হয়।

FAQ 2: Right Form of Verb এ ভালো করতে কীভাবে প্র্যাকটিস করবো?

Right Form of Verb এ ভালো করতে প্রতিদিন ২০–৩০টি  MCQ সমাধান করতে হবে। ভুল উত্তরগুলো আলাদা খাতায় নোট করতে হবে। নিয়ম বুঝে পড়তে হবে। Previous year question বেশি বেশি solve করতে হবে।

Right Form of Verb শুধু একটি টপিক নয় এটি পুরো ইংরেজি ব্যাকরণের মেরুদণ্ড। তাই  Right Form of Verb Part-4 Rule 15–20 ভালোভাবে আয়ত্ত করো এবং নিয়মিত MCQ প্র্যাকটিস করো। মনে রেখো — Practice makes a student perfect.
