Report Writing Format HSC

Title of the Report (যার উপর রিপোর্ট লিখবে এখানে তার উপর একটি ক্যাচি টাইটেল লিখবে)

Staff Reporter/Your Name, ……… (যেখান থেকে রিপোর্ট লিখবে এখানে সে স্হানের নাম লিখবে ), ……….., (মাসের নাম ও তারিখ), …….. (সালের নাম): 

(যে দিন রিপোর্ট লিখবে এখানে সেই তারিখ দিবে।)

উদাহরণ স্বরূপ:

Staff Reporter/Akash, Khulna, July 08, 2026: Recently, I visited (যে স্হানের রিপোর্ট লিখবে সেই স্হানের নাম লিখবে) and talked to some local people. Based on the information I collected, I have prepared a report. According to the information, the (যে ঘটনার উপর রিপোর্ট লিখবে তার নাম লিখবে) took place at (যেখানে ঘটনাটি ঘটেছিল সেই স্হানের নাম লিখবে) on (যে তারিখে ঘটনাটি ঘটেছিল সেই তারিখ লিখবে। মনে রাখবে এখানে উপরে যে তারিখ লিখেছো তার একদিন আগের তারিখ ও সময় লিখবে). The main reason behind it was (ঘটনার কারণগুলো লিখবে). As a result, (ঘটনার ফলাফল লিখবে). Many people were affected by the (ঘটনার নাম লিখবে). The local people came forward to help the victims. The concerned authorities also took some immediate steps to improve the situation. However, more effective actions are still needed to solve the problem completely.

During my visit, I found that most people were aware of the situation, but they expected better support from the authorities. They also suggested taking proper preventive steps to avoid it in the future. Finally, it can be said that public awareness, proper planning, and the joint efforts of the government and the general people are essential to improve the situation. It is hoped that the authorities will take necessary steps as soon as possible and that such problems will be reduced in the future.
